You may return products in original, undamaged packaging within 60 days of delivery.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Standard shipping starts at $4.99. We strive to ensure that our shipping is low cost and provides the most benefit to the customer. The shipping method used will be chosen by our warehouse staff. It will either be via USPS or FedEx, whichever is the most economical. The time in transit for this method is 2-5 business days, depending on your location from our Tallahassee, FL warehouse.
PO Box shipping addresses will be shipped via USPS.
For orders requiring a guaranteed express service such as Next Day, or Second Day Air, please call us to order.
